Delivery Information

Below are details of all shipping rates we offer as standard at checkout.

Presently due to EU regulations we only deliver to domestic UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland).

United Kingdom Only

Orders up to £30.00

Delivery cost £2.50 - Royal Mail UK Signed For (2-4 days)

Orders £30.00 and over

Free Delivery - Royal Mail UK Signed For (2-4 days)

Express Royal Mail

Delivery cost £4.50 - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (1-3 days)

Turnaround

Our products are handmade in small batches to retain freshness and quality control.

We aim to process your order within 1 day and ship within 2 days, Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm. Orders placed up to 6pm Monday for example will be sent on either Tuesday or Wednesday, after 6pm will be sent Wednesday or Thursday.

Orders placed at the weekend may take 2 days to be processed and 3 days to be despatched on next working day. However please email or message if you need a priority despatch.

Carriers

We use UK Royal Mail to deliver our postage orders.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and we will update your order with the tracking information.

Out of Stock

If an item goes out of stock before your order is processed, we will contact you to check if you are happy to wait for the full order to be ready or whether you would prefer a refund.

Delayed or lost deliveries

UK orders typically arrive within 2-4 working days. However, there can be delays in the delivery network, especially in busy seasons e.g. Christmas or with adverse weather conditions during the Winter season.

A lost parcel is a rare occurrence and typically an order that has not arrived in the time frames quoted above usually arrives a few days later.
